if i declare bankruptcy can they take the money out of my broker bond? i'm a freight...

...broker but business is? so slow. i don't even make enough money to pay all of my rent, electric, etc. i have been borrowing money from my family. i do have a broker bond which i have to keep that money in there in order to do business. if they take it i won't have any income at all. can they take it out? it's about 5k.
