If I cut my portions in half, drink only water, and walk 2 miles a day will I lose

weight? We should consider that i tend to overeat daily, often with no restrictions and eating seconds etc. To the point where I am stuffed. I don't really want to change t but just want to et half of what i usually do to where I'm conte
Also I tend to have 2-3 diet sodas a day. I plan to change this to only water y
Also, I plan to walk a mile two times a day, one in the morning an once at night, at 3.5 mph.
I haven't done much extra exercise recently besides going to work and daily chores.
I don't want to change my diet much more than this because I want it to be lifestyle change, not just a diet that I become tired of. I may add more of changes once I've established thee changes and adapted. But based on this information is it likely that I will lose weight? I'd lie to lose 1 pound a we
Do you suppose I can lose a pound a week this way? Sorry about the typos just getting use to the iPad.:P
