If I connect a Netgear Wndr 3300 to my modem will my wireless gaming be good?

I want to buy it then connect it
Then buy the black wireless adapter foran xbox 360
I know it has double wireless net work for less interfence
But.. I have regular high speed Internet (I think) through charter
So will my gameing be slow?
