long distance? my friend got her phone from chicago before she moved to CA im also in CA but we dont see eachother because she is always working and traveling. my cell phone bill is kinda high because i dont have as many minutes as i would like. so im wondering since she got her cell in chicago (she is currently in texas) does it count as long distance if i call her from my home phone or if she calls my home phone from her cell?
if i call a cellphone from out of state with my home phone is it considered
