If I buy the Tmobile HTC HD7 how much is the plan?

I want to get the 1500minute+unlimited web+unlimited text for $79.99 but do I also need to get the $49.99 Data plan or is that included with the plan I mentioned above?

Also does it play netflix movies if you are a netflix member? Thanks for your help!!!
