...from tmobile with the eve? If I buy the HTC dream (tmobile goole g1) off of ebay and I purchase just a sim card from tmobile with the even more plus plan with 500 min and unlimited text for 40 bucks a month, and once i put in the sim in the phone, will they track me and make me add the data plan or whatever?
 
Yes , They Can Tell By The Services Used On The Phone. If You Use Web It Is A Different Form of web , only if you do something to let you get caught you should be good ! :)
