If I buy the church an indoor/outdoor pool, will that get me into heaven?

NO work is going to get you to heaven. Heaven requires real faith in Jesus and believing He died and rose again so that you can be forgiven of your sins.

It's the people that use it not god.

I would have to say yes.
Any large sizable contribution like that, especially if it resulted in kids who like swimming getting saved and going to heaven, I got to say sure, why not.
My understanding is that Jesus himself liked swimming.

the church probably does not need a pool, but you could buy it like a fountain and they could fill it with holy water.
