If I Buy I Motorola Rokr, Can I Use It On Verizon?

I Was Wondering This Because There Are Websites That Allow You To Unlock Your Phone To Be Able To Use It On Any Network Of Your Choosing. But Where I Got Confused Is That Cingular [Which Is The Network The Rokr Is Exclusively On] Happens To Be A GSM Network While Verizon Is Not. As A Matter Of Fact, I Don't Even No If The Whole GSM Thing Has Anything To Do With It. Any Answers Will Help.

the answer is no. GSM and CDMA are exclusive, as in 'they exclude one another', technologies. No GSM phone will work on Verizon's CDMA
