If I buy an item on eBay and it doesn't arrive, what are the chances of me

getting my money back? I've just commited to buy an item on ebay, however I have not actually paid yet. I have just realised that the seller has no feedback. I appreciate that they might just be a new seller but I am also a little suspicious.

If I pay for the item, using Paypal, and I receive nothing from them, am I likely to be able to get my money back??

Ebay have a buyer protection policy and you are protected by them if you have not received the item and have tried contacting them within the last 10 days.

Yes. Most definitely pay with Paypal. If you have a problem, you are covered and they will reimburse your money.

Yeah, it depends how you paid. File a claim through PayPal.
