IF I BUY AN IPOD TOUCH FROM THE APPLE store is it still 1 year warranty?

Hi guys I'm planning on buying the ipod touch 4th generation on tuesday and i was wondering if i buy it at the apple store will the warranty still be one year? and will i get any specials on it?? Thanks!!
