I'm going to buy an iPad for my grandma, who is in India. I want it to have a cellular data connection as well as the usual WiFi connection. But, the carriers offered by Apple in the US (AT&T, Verizon, and Sprint) are all American companies. I want to know if my grandma will be able to use the cellular data connection on her iPad in India with the carriers provided there? Thanks.
