If i buy a GM car on a non GM lot can i buy the extended warranty from GM?

It 's a 2006 saturn vue with 90000 miles and i don't really what the dealers extend warrnty i would like something through GM itself will they allow me to buy one if i did buy it on a gm lot with this many miles
