If I buy a bike seat what else do I need?

Hello!
For Christmas the one thing I know my mom wants is a bike seat for her bike. She already has a bike, it just doesn't have seat.... Yeah IK weird.
My problem is if I buy a bike seat what else will I need?
 
If you buy the pole that goes into the frame as well, make sure it fits. They are not all the same size, so you may want to measure it first to make sure and buy one that fits if needed.
