If I build it will they come? I've invented an umbrella which can be used on a bike is there a demand?

The tool seems useful and stable in wind and rain but I just use it for recreational riding. Is there a demand for such a product to riders who brave the elements daily? If so, at what cost? I've posted on Youtube at http://www.youtube.com/user/TheRainfish if this would help to form a better answer. I know cyclists can be a choosy bunch. As for my family and I, we've been caught one too many times in a rainstorm with no good shelter in sight.
