the scroll pad on my blackberry broke and i didn't buy warranty . i bought the phone February . anyways i heard the braking scroll pad is a very common issue and they might replaces it. if i give the phone back to Verizon with 0 scratches , can the warehouse replace it with a new one?
If i bring my Blackberry back to Verizon will the warehouse replace it with a new one?
