If I backup my battle.net authenticator, will i need to call blizz to reactivate it?

Last time I reset my phone I had to reinstall the battle.net authenticator and it was annoying having to call blizz and explain to them what I did. Well I'm planning on Rooting my Droid again, and was wondering if anyone knew if I were to backup the battle.net app with Astro File Manager, if I would need to call and reactivate it again
