Mainly, all my weight goes to my thighs & I want to get some off. I'm 15, 5'5'' and 119 pounds.
How many calories do I need to eat a day & how do I lose it?
I know exercising is part of the "LOSE WEIGHT" process, but I really don't have the time considering that I'm piled up with hours of homework almost every day.
Is there a way I can lose weight from my thighs from not taking in the needed calories?
