You mean if you ask her and she accepts? Use common sense on this one. Just because she accepts doesn't mean you are "going out", it just means that either she likes you enough to answer yes or no one else asked her or etc... But, if you two start to hang out enough and you two mutually start to feel deeper and more connected to eachother, then I guess at a certain point, you could tell the world that you are indeed a couple.
