...arts & science (like I want? I read their online stats and it says they have around 4,000 kids in arts and sciences and i want to do neuroscience. i have an 1800 on my sat which sux but i have 12 colleges class that my boost my chances and others extra curricular stuff like president of a club for 2 years, etc. volunteer...should i go undecided or declare a major as a freshman applicant?
