If I am thinking about getting a Lexus LS 460 of 2006 yr then what other cars

There is your typical large sedans, The BMW 7-Series, The Mercedes S-Class, The Audi A8. There is also The Infiniti M35, which was chosen as the Consumer Reports best buy over the LS 460. That being said having driven both of the Infiniti and the Lexus, the Lexus is an incredible drive.
 
You could consider the Mercedes Benz S class, BMW 7 Series, various Jaguars etc. The Audi A8 is also an awesome car for the money. If you cant decide, please send me the 40 grand in a brown envelope to......LOL. Good luck with your choice.
