If I am awarded attorneys fees and my lawyer is on 33.3% contingency?

Is the end result this:
I get awarded 30k, I get 20k and my lawyer gets 10K, and the loser pays 30k?
OR
I get awarded 30k, I get 30k and my lawyer gets 10K, and the loser pays 40k?
