If I am 6'0" and 225 lbs, will I fit on a Medium frame Specialized Demo 9 Mountain Bike?

I am looking to sell my Iron Horse Yakuza and buy a medium 2006 Specialized Demo 9, but I am concerned about the frame size. I looked up some charts on specialized.com and they said that the height maximum for a medium would be about 6'0" for the Demo 9 frame. I have a 34" waist and a 33" inseam...any ideas?
