...or will an Associates be ok? I graduated this previous spring with a Bachelors of Science in Finance from a very well respected institution. However, I graduated knowing that I would be attending culinary arts school in search of a culinary profession. I am wondering if it is necessary to get a bachelors in culinary management or would an associates in culinary arts be sufficient? I am attending the Art Institute of Pittsburgh if anyone is familiar with the different degree programs there. Thanks for all the input!
