If Henry Ford didn't invent the automobile would we have a more efficient fuel running..

...car? ? I asked this question about two years ago and received snotty answers. One was gasoline is cost effective. How do you feel now? I was feeling the crushing feeling way back then. are others experiencing an even slighter crunch?

Henry Ford didn't invent the automobile. He refined the assembly line process for automobiles and made them cheaper and widely used.

Uhm.. Henry Ford Didnt invent the automobile, he did invent the assembly line. there were many automobiles around before he ever made his first one. The fuel industry is more to blame for not having high milage vehicles. They have supposedly bought up all the patents for high milage carbueretors and devices. They dont want us to get high milage.
