If god made us in his image and he is perfect, why do I not have the best eyes...?

best ears, strongest jaws... ect. (In nature)
I do have superior intelligence but wouldn't god presumably give me all the other best traits as well... since I'm in his image?

It makes sense evolutionarily but not divinely

Made in his image means he made us looking like him. It doesn't mean he gave us everything he has.
