If for the next 3 days i burn the same amount of calories at the gym as i eat, how...

1. You can't use "3 days" and "weight loss" in the same sentence.

2. 5'10" and 135 is pretty lean. Unless you have no muscle mass at all.

3. You can't "exercise off" everything you put in your mouth. You need a certain amount of fuel for brain function, organ function and maintaining 98.6°.

Starvation diets are a bad idea for lots of reasons. The short story is that you can't convert fat to energy fast enough to supply all your fuel needs, so any weight loss program that aims to take off more than a pound or two a week is doomed to failure and/or health repercussions.

not much, if you burn the same calories as you eat in a day, it will cancel out so not weight will be lost or gained. but remember you burn calories walking around or even just sitting you will burn a few. i small amount of weight will be lost, but nothing major.

Diet and exercise is futile if you want to loose weight in the long term. You will inevitably succumb to anemia and disease if your stress level isn't reduced. This means that you have to reduce pollution in your environment in order to be able to reduce your calorie requirement. You could try different exercises, eating higher quality more expensive food, but the results are marginal. Eventually your joints will wear out and there's only so many supplements you can take. Once you eliminate the pollution, your appetite should drop automatically.
