...that help the auto crisis? If EVERY person who had an extra 20-30 thousand dollars laying around in their bank account and had a need to purchase a car went out and bought an AMERICAN car (GM, Chrysler, or Ford) , would that help the US auto industry at all?
PS- I'm not saying this is what I think should happen and I'm not depending on the rich to bail out those who are struggling or just getting by
