If Obama, Gore, Nancy Botoxy and the LEFTISTS manage to CAP ALL TRADE with their CAP ALL TRADE laws and taxes

will this cause more snow storms in DC

will the people digging out with shovels be counted as shovel ready jobs created or saved?
