if american electronics work in britian?

i am currently in the process of buying a pair of pioneer cdj 200 decks from america and was just wondering what would i have to do for them to be compatiable in the uk . on the advert title it says Pioneer CDJ 200 Professional DJ CD Player 110-220-240 Volt. just wondering if any one can help me??? thank you for your time
 
Yes they work. You'll just need to buy adapters they're worth a few pence only. at any tool shop or hardware shop.
