I recently looked up when people do all caps on forums, chat boxes, etc why they get banned. And the main reason i saw was because it seems like you're SHOUTING and is percieved as bad mannered. Yet on the same websites (mostly chat boxes though) i see people cussing and sexually harrasing the girls asking if they want to see body parts..etc and those people don't get banned. Is that not bad mannered as well? To me that seems alot worse than using all caps. BTW this mostly happens on Chatango chat boxes. So i was just wondering why do you think people get banned quicker when using all caps than people that cus and sexually harrass?
If all caps in typing is considered bad mannered then.....?
