If alien civilisations exist, then why aren't there machines from these civs here...

...already? Enough time has elapsed for space vehicles to have arrived at all points in the galaxy since it's formation. Why aren't they here? Does this mean we're alone?
 
it also means they doesnot want to contact us.there are many proofs for ufos you didn't here about that.they are waiting for a time.they are waiting to attack us in time when we are so weakened and unable to defend ourselves.goverments know about this but they are hiding these news from us
 
Just because an alien civilization exists, that doesn't necessarily mean that: 1. it is technologically advanced; or 2. it has developed space travel; or 3. it has solved the very real and very, very daunting problem of travelling across vast, interstellar distances.

Remember, the most important word in the phrase "science fiction", is "fiction".

Well, you're assuming that Intelligent Aliens sent their probes During the Big Bang, since you said "to all points in the Galaxy Since it's Formation".

The chances of any Alien Life to evolve into something as (or more) intelligent than Human Beings is low. If there Was life (which is very likely) out there, it will probably not be intelligent.
When I think "ET", I think "Dinosaurs".

There is something called the Fermi Paradox, it addresses your question directly.
 
assuming space travel at long distances; particularly that an entity's lifespan could endure the length of time it takes to travel far enough, is possible, is a faulty premise. maybe technology can never get there.

the milky way is 14 billion years old

any civilization with even a tiniest fraction of this 14 billion year head start would be astonishingly catastrophically advanced

They would have all new systems documented plus planets in some kind of database(encyclopedia galactica - Carl Sagan).. because it's what we would do if we were advanced... perhaps they have calculations for percentage of species survival, how would humans be calculated?

They would choose when to introduce themselves. Im sure we could send a maned ship to the centre of our galaxy and never see a shade or hint of advanced civ's

Space is so extremely vast, even between stars. Chances are we have not even been found by another civilization, should other exist (which I believe they do). In fact, space is so vast, the chances are probably higher that any advanced race would grow up, go into space, have some fun, and die out before any of them (including us) run into each other. One thousand years from now, we may colonize entire sections of our own galaxy and still won't run into anyone. However, because galaxies are so massive (hundreds of billions of stars) and the Universe is even more insanely large (hundreds of billions of galaxies), there is life out there. There are also chances that civilizations are close together with in a few light years, possibly less, but the chances of meeting up are very low, but they may be throwing radio messages back and forth (interstellar pinpals).
 
Maybe they are at the same point in development as us. We have not reached other galaxies with our vehicles yet. Lack of alien vehicles doesn't prove we're alone.
