miscarried be charged with manslaughter? It could be considered 'recklessness' since taking a hike while pregnant is not recommended.

Would you send that women to prison for up to 10 years?
"its not her fault"

That is why I said 'manslaughter'
For those who misunderstood- I AM PRO-CHOICE
I am trying to prove that comparing abortion with murder is ridiculous
WeLoveOu... Read the legal definition of 'manslaughter'

No you would not.
This is a hypothetical, stop being so technical

If abortion is murder, should a mother who fell off a horse and miscarried be charged with manslaughter?

Happy?
PEOPLE
PLEASE READ THE DEFINITION OF 'MANSLAUGHTER' BEFORE MAKING FOOLS OUT OF YOURSELVES.
thanks

No it would not be considered recklessness. Hiking I believe is allowed and encouraged during pregnancy.. Well at least walking through the wood hiking not like outback rock climbing hiking. It would only be reckless disregard if she was under the influence of a substance or purposely injuring herself and baby.

Since when do you charge an accidental death as manslaughter?? on the other hand, someone who murders a pregnant woman can be changed with double homicide, and rightly so.

* Do you know the difference between DELIBERATE CHOICE and an accident?

I hope so.
