If a teacher sees that I have OLD cutting scars on my arm..?

it's 25 healed scars on my inner forearm, then about 10 on the outer part. I still cut on my hip, but I don't cut my arm anymore (i thought i wasn't going deep enough to scar and I was wrong). I'm using scar cream and it's helping, but it's going to be a while before it's not obvious. I really don't want to wear long sleeves at school, especially since it's around 85 degrees still. If teachers see, will they mention it? :/
