...ahead...who's time/hour would it be cast on? Say a spell was going to happen on Sunday night during the dark moon phase...but then the spellcaster found out that it was for a person who lives accross the world....would it be done at midnight during the 'targets' hour...or at midnight during the spell practitioners hour?

*Im just saying...if I want the spell to be cast at midnight, sunday night, would I cast it when its sunday night her time? or mine...because for her it would be Monday afternoon...
I want both she and I to 'feel a connection' at the same time...
