I wasn't paying attention to the road as much as I should have, I know. Basically, I was going through a city with a lot of intersections and the direction I was going had a bunch of stop signs, so I just kept stopping, looking both ways, then going. At the left turn I had to make, that was when it lead to a two-way street that had a traffic light, but I didn't see it because I thought it would have a stop sign. So I made a left after I looked both ways and it was clear, but there was a red light. I didn't see any flash and it was about 9:30pm so it was pretty dark. Does this mean I most likely won't get ticketed?
If a red light camera does not flash, does that mean it didn't take a picture?
