If a piece of mail is addressed to both a Business and a person employed at

the Business, who can open it? The place I work received a piece of mail addressed to both me and the Business. My employer opened it and confronted me about it, but it was confidential information, she wasn't meant to see what it was about. Did she have a right to open it? She is the owner of the Business.
