do they usually send yo? I inadvertently erred on 1-part of an 8-part Order of Probation, and got a letter from the Court saying my Probation was UNSUCCESSFUL. Are Courts of the mind to solve matters without ruining my employment, etc, or not? If you are an attorney, do you know the answer to this? Thanks!
sorry: end of question: or do they send you back to jail, then settle the oversight?

Can I somehow make this right without impacting my family and freedom?

Happy to email details to one who can assist.
I don't have my 8-part order at hand, so have no idea which point I violated yet. The letter only said "Part no. 4..." It could be as minor as failure to notify the Court of change in employment (I got another job a year after the 36 motnh probation began) or maybe that I failed to notify the Court of my address change, as I moved out of my apartment and drive truck full time, living in the semi. I do retain the address, to pick up mail there, and also it is on my Driver License, as I cannot relist my address every 24 hours as I drive and sleep. I don't know yet. Trying to find the original paperwork, so I know what part no. 4 is...
It was an unsupervised Probation for 36 months. Hope this added info helps. On the last court date, we were quite amicable, and I was very pleased with the agreement. The Judge and the Prosecutor were most helpful and understanding. I let them know my deep gratitude, at the time.
