If a Panasonic NV-DX100 is selling for $AU150, is it worth it?

After some research it seems it is favourable among filmmakers despite it being old, and I'm wondering if this is a reasonable price. There is only one version (model) of this right, so there isn't any tricks to it? And it's a camcorder and not a video camera? Also do they all come with mics? (Sorry if these are stupid questions).
Also how's the recording and audio quality of it? Of course I want to make videos that are as professional as possible, but obviously not on the same level as the industry pros.
Oh and am I able to simply and easily upload videos to a desktop or laptop with this camera and edit it using the usual editing software (e.g. Adobe Elements, Final Cut Pro etc)?
And what are the disadvantages of buying an old camera in a market full of new ones? Will it be incompatible with certain programs etc?
