What I'm trying to ask is that if a judge decides to wipe an arrest from your record telling you that "it never happened" as far as the courts are concerned, are you really clean?
So you want to join the military after this and they do a background check would that arrest still come up? Incidents like this shouldn't be a problem at enlistment, would it?
