to boot camp, what's next.? my son was sentence to 3years for armed robbery, and the judge and prosecutor recommend boot camp, then found out he is not eligible for camp. So the judge and the prosecutor signed a writ for him to come back to court to see what they can do. What do you think will happen now, can they now give him probation even if he plead gilty?
he has already been sent to jail, they are bringing him back to court, he had no wepon he just said he did, no crimminal record, always had a job he is 28
