and the boy brings his computer to school and shows it around, is she liable at school for what she wrote?
(My neighbor has a 16 year old girl who did this a few weeks ago. They broke up, and the boy brought his laptop to school, claiming he's being "harrassed" (no, I'm not kidding) at school. The girl swears she's ignoring him at school, but he and his friends are bugging her. (Who knows.) I'm just wondering how he can bring his laptop to school and it be considered school-related to her injury?
(You'd think most 16 year old boys would be showing his friends, not his teacher! LOL)
I know! I thought it was absolutely hilarious! But then I started thinking, it's almost as genius as it is stupid. By acting all "innocent" (does 16 and boy even go with innocent? LOL), he can go in there and act all like, "Look what my ex-girlfriend said to me! Waaah, Boo Hoo!" and he actually gets to give her a bad reputation indirectly!
