No she is not giving you any signals. She doesn't view you as dating material and so signals are unnecessary. She just wants someone to vent to.
You are her "male friend" which means that you are her emotional dumpster. She will unleash all of her frustrations, tears, and other negative emotions on you and you will receive no benefit other than "the feeling you've helped out a friend." Which is BS because I never use my friends as dumpsters, but women with male friends seem to think that this is an okay arrangement.
The choice to continue to allow yourself to be used is yours. But I will tell you this: You have a better chance of dating Megan Fox than you have of dating your female friend. She sees you like a brother and girls don't date their brothers.
