if a girl has sex with a girl then how do they have a kid?

i dont get it at all when i was little i just thought sex was kissing not using the stick and the hole ----- 0 its weird like i remeber seeing on telvision that this mom had a baby girl (duh there both girls) and well its confusing
 
They can't, they can only adopt. Unless one of them is transgendered to a male or one of them has both male and female organs (rare but true).
