Hello could do with so advice
If a court orders contact with the non-resident parent and the mother takes the child to the said place and time etc and the child refuses to go with the non-resident what will happen?
Social serves has said its not in the child’s best interest and so has a psychologist has said its not in the child’s best interest but I can’t afford to fight this anymore ive run out of money and I cant get legal aid .so the only thing left for me to do is say ok if that’s what he wants fine but it’s a different matter to what the child wants
