If a cop sees you flashing someone to warn them about a cop, can you get a fine?

what i mean is when you flash your brights to warn someone of a cop thats later down the road.

Yes you can...happened to a friend. I think he got a ticket for something like Obstruction of Justice...or something close to that.

not if you dont get caught and if you do get caught just say that you accidently caught the button what evidence have they got other wise
