Some woman claimed that I ran her off the road. I saw her go off the road and hit a mailbox, so I turned around to see if everything was okay. She called the police and she was very vocal and comfortable telling her side of the story. I was extremely nervous, and I said that I didn't think I was over the line, as the woman was claiming. The officer told me she didn't believe me, and asked if I would pass a polygraph. I said that I would. Then she said that she'd debate the issue, and she might send a ticket in the mail.
Do you think there's a chance she will? I've never heard of an officer saying that they'd think about it before. Is she just trying to scare me?
