...ticket a warning for 13 over...-? If you fight the ticket, can the judge make you pay for the 13 over? or just what the officer put in the ticket and only make you pay for 9 over?
its not a warning ticket. The cop pulled me over, said i was doing 43 in a 30. Came back with a ticket, said he was going to cut me a break and only put on the ticket that i was doing 39. but he put on the ticket that i was being given a warning for 43 in a 30. So i just want to know if i fight it, can the judge enforce the 43? or the 39?
