This is what I think about in my free time.
Lets say a cop rear ended someone who was at a stop sign. Yes this is probably a rare occurrence but I'm sure it has happened. Would the cop that crashed be able to file his own report? Do they ever admit fault upon themselves? Would (in most cases) the cop try to say that the other driver did something wrong in order for the crash to be unavoidable? Thanks.
