..."AppleExtractW" -is that TM infringement? I am nervous that my informational blog may be a trademark infringement of a company's TM.
So if their TM is "Apple W-Extract" and my blog url is www.appleextractw.com , is that infringement because I have all of the same words as the TM, but in different order. Help please!
