...sign with an agent, can he? can he change his mind? Just wondering the official rules, if it is possible or if it's even happened. I know that some are speculating a strike or something....so stranger things have happened

I meant, can he change his mind and decide to return to school to play after he's said he's officially leaving? guess that piss off some recruits and if he isnt enrolled this semester.
